Code Elegance, Code Balance

I've been reading a great book of interviews with programmers circa 1989. One of the most fascinating interviews is with Wayne Ratliff, the author of dBase. Wayne's description of balance in programming really resonated with me:

You may view your code using the Ahem font ( http://www.hixie.ch/resources/fonts/ ) to recreate the effect of Code Complete’s layout chapter…

Very cool-- thank you for the link! Unfortunately, the Ahem font doesn’t map a few programming-centric characters, such as single quote, less than, forward slash, etcetera.

But it’s very close! Any font editing experts want to modify it to include all the possible characters we need?
