I think if you upload copyrighted material, you shouldn’t be penalized. Most videos openly display a disclaimer, and admit to the fact that they have no intention of selling the material. You shouldn’t have to get permission from the holders of the copyright as it would take too much time, it would be a waste. We should be allowed to watch the material… If youtube would force the uploaders to post a disclaimer, I don’t see a problem
